Pricing
Effective as of September 1, 2026 (FY 2026-27)
1) We reserve the right to refuse/deny service.
2) We do not provide illegal services (i.e. wiretapping, hidden cameras/GPS, intimidation/threats, or aiding/abetting in any illegal acts)
3) We treat perceptions as a reality when it comes to pricing. What this means? We can charge differentials at any given moment.
4) The differentials list is not an exhaustive one. We can charge more for specific reasons. We will tell you before payment what those reasons are.
5) Final estimated price is subject to the criteria of the individual stalker doing the job assessment/estimate.
6) Prices are subject to change upon approval from the Council of Stalkers' Representatives. Prices are expected to change every July of each year.
7) Commissions are 70% for the stalker, 30% for San Francisco DED (See: SFDed CSR MOU 2025-2026). This remains unchanged as from last year.

Dorian Campos was selected as the interim replacement for Branch Leader, after former Leader Campbell stepped down.
Campos brings extensive experience within SFDed, having joined the organization in April 2020 as an Assistant Division Manager. In October 2025, Campos was promoted to Division Manager, a role held prior to being appointed as interim Branch Leader.

Service and drone activity WILL remain unaffected at Balboa High School and the organization has established lines of succesion in the event of any counteractions or legal remedies that are taken against specific members. We will continue to work with everyone such as our CLO, CSO, and our managers to evaluate, revise, and strengthen our plans.

Our new drones have high resolution 4K cameras with the ability to zoom in and get clear facial pictures of people from dozens of feet in the air. We can later run these images and videos from a Microsoft SharePoint file on AI facial recognition systems such as Mobile Fortify and Clearview AI to keep track of hundreds of different people.
If you genuinely don't like getting recorded in A PUBLIC SPACE from a PUBLIC VIEWPOINT, which is a perfectly legal anywhere in the United States, just ignore the camera. We promise you that we will also ignore you.

RE: Major expansion of drone operations

SFDed will be acquiring five (5) new DJI Mini 5 Pro drones to enhance our operations by the end of the year. Drones provide an incredible aerial viewpoint with high-quality images due to the optical zoom from the cameras. Drones have the ability to access off-limit areas through the air while the operators can fly them from blocks away with the strong remote-control signals from the controller. Another advantage that drones have is the lack of federal regulation that they have, making them easy to be flown in different areas without issue.
Managers/Supervisors have begun training more members to operate drones in the air. We expect to train all members to fly drones by the end of the year as well. This will minimize safety risks for our personnel working out there, provide higher quality work to our clients, and will also make work easier for us and our personnel.

Our organization will not be intimated or prevented from performing lawful activities of operating drones in permissible airspace. In order to prevent a safety hazard and as legally permitted, drones will use power lines and nearby homes (especially at window levels ~25/30 feet) as shields in order to protect themselves from balls or any other objects being thrown at them. It would be completely imprudent and idiotic to throw objects at something near power lines or at other people's houses and windows. Contact SFPD or the FAA to report illegal drone use. Please enjoy our mock article.

Effective as of August 31, 2026: SFDed will be increasing service pricing into all of our services in order to raise compensation rates for our members and to comply with the normal standards of pay for our members. Thank you for your understanding!
RE: 11% Pay Raise to all Members

Effective August 31, 2026: In accordance with the resolution adopted during the CSR Convention, all employees will receive an 11% pay increase. As a result, all members’ hourly wage will increase from $21.00 to $23.31 per hour.
Members had previously been earning $21.00 per hour and had not received a pay increase since 2022.

RE: Tentative Reopening Date - 2026 CSR Convention

SFDed is looking forward to fully reopening and resuming all operations and administrative functions beginning on Saturday, August 1, 2026 (FY2026-27). This is a tentative reopening date and is subject to change. SFDed will also hold the 2026 Council (CSR) convention on Friday, July 31, 2026 6:00 p.m. at our Glen Park Headquarters.
The 2026 CSR Convention will not be open to the public or trainees, only high-ranking members and administrators will be allowed to attend. We will review the budget, proposals on cutting back spending, revisit equipment replacement, and discuss potential salary increases to retain our current personnel.
RE: Notice of Temporary Closure to Balance a Severe Budget Deficit

Effective immediately as of July 9, 2026: In order to balance a severe budget deficit that
is projected to increase even further if we continue our operations over the summer, the
Financial Control Authority (FCA) along with the Council (CSR) has decided to temporarily shut
down all SFDed operations until further notice.
There will be no service offered or administrative functions throughout this temporary
closure. SFDed needs to balance a budget deficit of thousands of dollars in order to be able to
operate for the new upcoming Fiscal Year FY 2026-27 without a looming threat of a default or
bankruptcy in the organization that will result in a permanent closure.
